Telmitwin®
Telmitwin® contains two medications: Telmisartan and Amlodipine, and is prescribed for the control of high blood pressure.
-
Telmisartan works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, leading to the dilation of blood vessels.
-
Amlodipine blocks calcium channels, which also affects blood vessels, leading to vasodilation.
The combination of these two effects results in an effective reduction in blood pressure.
