دواعي الاستعمال: يُستخدم هذا الدواء بشكل رئيسي في علاج عدوى الهيليكوباكتر بيلوري والإسهال.
بيسموليكس®
بيسموليكس® (بزموت سبسيتريت) يُستخدم في أنظمة استئصال الهيليكوباكتر بيلوري. يحمي هذا الدواء بطانة المعدة بالمِلصق بها، مما يحميها من حمض المعدة ويسرع من شفاء قرحة المعدة.

طريقة وجرعة استعمال بيسموليكس®
يجب استخدام بيسموليكس® وفق توجيهات الطبيب. في حال عدم التأكد من طريقة الاستخدام، ينبغي استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي.
تناول الأقراص مع كوب كامل من الماء وتجنب مضغ أو طحن الأقراص.
نسيان جرعة بيسموليكس®
في حال نسيان تناول جرعة، قم بتناولها عند تذكرها. إذا كان وقت الجرعة التالية قريباً، تجنب تناول الجرعة الفائتة. تجنب تناول جرعتين في آن واحد أو جرعة إضافية.
غالبًا ما يُستخدم هذا الدواء حسب الحاجة فقط، تجنب تجاوز الجرعة الموصى بها.
جرعة زائدة من بيسموليكس®
في حال تناول جرعة زائدة، اتصل بطبيبك.

تناول جرعات عالية من الدواء يمكن أن يُسبب آثارًا عصبية.
يمتص البزموت الأشعة السينية ويمكن أن يتداخل مع طرق تشخيص أمراض الجهاز الهضمي.
استخدام بزموت سبسيتريت أثناء الحمل والرضاعة
إذا كنتِ حاملًا أو مرضعة، استشيري طبيبك قبل استخدام بزموت سبسيتريت. يُوصى بعدم استخدام هذا الدواء أثناء الحمل والرضاعة.
الأعراض الجانبية للبزموت سبسيتريت
مثل أي دواء آخر، قد يحدث بعض الأعراض الجانبية الغير مرغوبة، وقد لا تحدث في جميع الأشخاص. ومن بين الأعراض المحتملة:

طنين الأذن
إسوداد اللسان والبراز

تغليف بيسموليكس®
كل عبوة تحتوي على 100 قرص (10 شرائح تحتوي على 10 أقراص لكل منها).
ظروف تخزين بيسموليكس®
يحُفَظ الدواء في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية، بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.
الدواء قابل للاستعمال حتى نهاية الشهر المذكور في تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية على العبوة. تجنب استخدام أو تخزين الأدوية المنتهية الصلاحية.
احفظ الدواء بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
لا تُخرج الدواء من العبوة الأصلية حتى وقت الاستخدام.

Bismulix® is used in Helicobacter pylori eradication regimens. By binding to the gastric mucosal layer, it helps protect the stomach lining against gastric acid and supports faster healing of gastric ulcers.
- Helicobacter pylori infection
- Dyspepsia
- Diarrhea
- Prevention of traveler’s diarrhea
120 mg scored tablet.
Take Bismulix® exactly as directed by your physician. If you are unsure about the correct method of use, consult your physician or pharmacist.
Take the tablets with a full glass of water. Do not chew or crush the tablets.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, do not take the missed dose. Avoid taking two doses at the same time or taking an extra dose.
In many cases, this medicine is used only when needed. Do not take Bismulix® more than the prescribed amount.
If you take more than the recommended amount, contact your physician.

History of hypersensitivity to bismuth or to any component of the formulation.
- High doses of the medicine may cause neurological adverse effects.
- Bismuth absorbs X-rays and may interfere with diagnostic methods for gastrointestinal diseases.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before using Bismuth subcitrate. It is recommended that this medicine not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Like all medicines, Bismuth subcitrate may cause unwanted side effects along with its desired therapeutic effects, although not everyone experiences them. Possible side effects include:
- Constipation
- Tinnitus
- Darkening of the tongue and stool
Consult your physician or pharmacist about using bismuth subcitrate together with other medicines or supplements.
Each package contains 100 tablets: 10 blister strips of 10 tablets.
- Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture.
- The medicine may be used until the end of the month stated in the expiry date on the package. Do not use or store expired medicines.
- Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
- Do not remove the medicine from its original packaging before use.
