Dosage Form: Scored Tablets, 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg
Pharmacological Class: Antiepileptic Agent

- Seek immediate medical attention if severe hypersensitivity reactions occur, including widespread rash, redness, swelling, blistering, skin peeling, eye redness, or sores in the mouth, throat, nose, or eyes.
