Generic name: Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, and Caffeine
Dosage form: Capsule containing 325 mg Acetaminophen, 200 mg Ibuprofen, and 40 mg Caffeine
Drug class: Analgesic
Indications: Used to reduce pain, fever, and inflammation.
Riverlifen® contains Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, and Caffeine. Acetaminophen acts as an analgesic and antipyretic. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for mild to moderate pain and inflammation. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and may be used with analgesics to help speed the onset of effect.

Oral capsule containing:
- 325 mg Acetaminophen
- 200 mg Ibuprofen
- 40 mg Caffeine
- Take exactly as directed by your physician.
- Do not increase, decrease, or prolong use without consulting a physician or pharmacist.
- To reduce gastrointestinal side effects, take with food.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses together or take an extra dose.
If more than the recommended dose is taken, contact your physician immediately or go to a medical center.
- Improvement of pain, fever, or inflammation
- Blood pressure
- Complete blood count and liver function during long-term use
- Kidney function in patients at risk of kidney failure
- Serum electrolytes when needed
- Signs of bleeding, such as bruising, especially in patients taking anticoagulants
- Allergy to Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Caffeine, or any formulation ingredient
- Allergy to other pain relievers or fever reducers, including aspirin
- Simultaneous use with other Acetaminophen-containing medicines
- Use before or after cardiac surgery
- Heart failure or history of heart attack
- This medicine may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
- Use cautiously in patients with heart disease or high blood pressure.
- Seek urgent medical care for severe allergic or skin reactions.
- Use with extra caution in patients taking aspirin, anticoagulants, or corticosteroids, or in those with advanced liver disease, bleeding disorders, or alcohol use.
- Older adults, diabetic patients, kidney-disease patients, and patients using certain medicines may be at increased risk of high potassium.
- Maintain adequate fluid intake during treatment.
- Use cautiously in older adults and in patients with asthma, liver failure, or lupus.
- Limit caffeine-containing drinks during treatment.
- Inform your physician before lab testing that you are taking this medicine.
- Consult your physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Use during the third trimester of pregnancy is not recommended.
- Breastfeeding during treatment should be decided by a physician after weighing benefits and risks.
Possible side effects include:
- Gastrointestinal problems, such as stomach pain and nausea
- Palpitations or increased heart rate
- Insomnia or anxiety
Consult your physician or pharmacist before using this medicine with other medicines or supplements.
Each box contains 30 oral capsules: 3 blister strips of 10 capsules.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture.
- Do not use after the expiry date.
